Bordelais Sourdough 400g
A classic open-textured sourdough made using a blend common in the Bordeaux region – almost all white flour with a sprinkling of rye and a hint of wholemeal to give an aerated light grey crumb. The white sourdough culture gives the loaf a mild creamy flavour and overnight proving helps to bring out the natural flavour of the grains.
Ingredients: organic white WHEAT FLOUR, water, sourdough culture made with organic white WHEAT FLOUR, organic RYE FLOUR, organic WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR, sea salt. No added fat or sugar.
