Ciabatta 400g loaf
Light and white with a lacey crumb and a delicious chew, it’s the Italian classic! The wet dough used gives gorgeous big holes in the crumb and a crisp crust. This is a great loaf to make garlic bread with or slice lengthways and top like a pizza.
These do freeze but wrap up well to avoid freezer burn.
Ingredients: organic white WHEAT FLOUR, sourdough culture made with organic white WHEAT FLOUR, sea salt, organic olive oil (SPAIN), yeast.
